PRCA West Alabama Service Projects

August 2021: Cover Seats and Feet at TASPA
When I was growing up, I coveted my friend Marie’s new back-to-school outfits. Her mom would buy her an Everest-sized mountain of clothes that spilled the cutest and latest fashions from Lerner.
With four kids in our one-income household, back-to-school shopping focused on notebooks, pencils and binders. At most, we could choose one new outfit to welcome the new school year. But we always had the basics.
But some kids don’t, and that’s why PRCA-West Alabama is holding a clothing drive. “Help Us Cover Seats and Feet” will benefit The Alberta School of Performing Arts.
Please deliver your donation (or several) of new undies and/or socks to me at Trustee Hall, DCH Regional Medical Center.
